- Unsweetened almond milk - 1/2 cup
- Dates - 1/2 cup pitted
- Pistachios - 1 tablespoon
- Walnuts - 1 tablespoon
- Banana - 1 (small)
- Almond butter - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
- In a bowl, combine dates and almond milk. Chill overnight.
- In a blender, combine almond butter, banana, walnuts, pistachios, honey, almond milk, and dates. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Add ice. Blend again.
- Serve chilled.
